His responsibilities include managing the field sales force, national accounts, and operations. Geoff is an excellent communicator who helps customers analyze and quantify the benefits from EXACTER Vision Analytics.

Mark’s background includes helping manage revenue growth of 330% over six years at CompuServe, conducting more than 15 M&A analyses/transactions totaling over $1 billion, and launching a $530 million IPO at CompuServe led by Goldman Sachs and Merrill Lynch.
Bill McConaha | Director of Operations
Bill has 24 years of industrial expertise in customer service, logistics, IT, telecommunications, and project managing large engineering programs. He also has 17 concurrent years of similar background in the Air Force. As Director of Customer Engineering Services, Bill provides a single point of contact for all customers, manages their programs from Sales to completion, and resolves any customer-facing issues.
Dave Ellis | Director, Technical Services
Dave is well known to the electric utility market from his 17 years of technical customer service to the customers of Scientific Columbus. Dave’s experience in large system management for global telecommunication systems provides the knowledge and leadership to design and manage our systems and services.
